Five Dollars for Family Fun

Mothers, daughters, grandmothers, family and friends are invited to attend a day of sharing, learning family fun and bonding at the G2g Generation Event in SouthShore Florida.


Event features guest speakers including Jerick Robbins, Constance Daniels and many more. Activities include Expo, Exhibits, Tea, Kids Hat Painting, Face painting Moon walk, Free skin cancer evaluation and much more with proceeds to benefit the Breast Cancer 3 Day Susan G Komen for the Cure event.


A multifaceted event for all ages will take place on Sunday, September 14, 2008 from 11 am – 4 pm. The G2g - Generation to generation (A Day of Sharing and Expo) event is hosted at the International Independent Showmen’s Association, 6915 Riverview Drive in Gibsonton, FL.

Attack Victim Fund

Ruskin, Florida - A fund has been established to raise money for the teenage girl beaten and raped outside the Bloomingdale Library last April.

The girl is blind and cannot walk or swallow and will need long term care. Friends and family are hosting a benefit dinner August 11, at the Ruskin VFW at 5120 North US Highway 41. A $5.00 donation will be taken for a spaghetti dinner.

Donations for the victim can also be made at any Suntrust Bank into the "Bloomingdale Library Attack Victim Fund." For more information call 813-645-3808.
